Performance Dirtworks Ltd acknowledges that the land on which we gather is territory of Treaty 6, signed in 1876, and a traditional meeting ground and home for many Indigenous Peoples, including Cree, Saulteaux Niitsitapi (Blackfoot), Métis, and Nakota Sioux Peoples.

We acknowledge the United Nations Declaration on the Right of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP) and are committed to working with Indigenous peoples within the Canadian legal and constitutional framework.

Performance Dirtworks Ltd is committed to collaboration with Indigenous peoples and their communities within Alberta, and Canada, to build long-term trusting and mutually beneficial relationships based on the core values of inclusion, compassion, trust, and accountability. 

We respect that each Indigenous community has its own unique connection with the land and environment in which they live. We appreciate the importance of learning from and respecting the cultures in which we operate with and are engaged in. Performance Dirtworks is committed to interacting with each Indigenous community in a way that respects their history, culture, and customs.
